Free Evidence-Based Nutrition Resources

Free nutrition resources from Diverse Dietetics - Accredited Practising Dietitian.

Practical guides on ADHD and eating, GLP-1 nutrition, metabolic health, meal planning and real-life food strategies.

Each resource is written with real life in mind. The aim is to provide evidence-informed guidance useful for people managing busy households, health conditions, appetite changes, decision fatigue or confusion about what to eat.

ADHD & Eating Resources

ADHD can make eating harder for reasons that have nothing to do with willpower. Planning meals, shopping, remembering to eat, managing appetite, preparing food and stopping once started can all be affected by executive function, stress, sleep and routine.

ADHD Resource Downloads

These resources explain why food can feel more difficult with ADHD and offer practical strategies to make eating more manageable.

GLP-1 Nutrition Resources

GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro can reduce appetite and food volume. Nutrition still matters, especially for protein, fibre, hydration, bowel habits, muscle maintenance and managing side effects such as nausea or constipation.

GLP-1 Nutrition Resource Downloads

These resources are designed to help people eat well while appetite is reduced.

Metabolic Health Resources

Metabolic health includes areas such as blood glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, fatty liver, insulin resistance and weight-related health concerns. Food does not need to be perfect to make a meaningful difference.

Meal Planning & Food Ideas

Meal planning does not need to mean strict plans, perfect prep or eating the same thing every day. For many people, the most useful approach is having simple repeatable meals, flexible food options and a few reliable backup choices.
