Booking Terms:
- Telehealth appointments are confirmed once full payment is received at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- In-Home appointments are confirmed 24-hours before your appointment. Payment can be made on the day of your appointment for home visits
- Invoices are sent after your booking request and currently payable by direct deposit
- You’ll receive a reminder and SMS confirmation 48 hours prior — please confirm or cancel at that time
