Some situations need more room to think
Extended review consultations are for times when a standard review doesn't allow time to work through complexity make changes with a bit more depth.
An extended review can be useful when a lot has changed since your last session, when progress has stalled, or when there are multiple issues to work through at once. It can also be helpful if you need time for more detailed problem-solving, education, or a broader reset.
This may include:
- a more detailed progress review
- changes in health, medication, or symptoms
- appetite, eating patterns, or digestion
- nutrition challenges linked to GLP-1 use
- bariatric nutrition concerns
- metabolic health goals
- barriers that have made change difficult to maintain
- revisiting priorities and resetting the plan
