- All bookings are confirmed once full payment is received at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Invoices are sent after your booking request and currently payable by direct deposit
- You’ll receive a reminder and SMS confirmation 48 hours prior — please confirm or cancel at that time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment (or non-attendance) may result in forfeiture of your deposit for initial consultations.
